Tambogia

Sutherlandia frustescens („Cancer bush“, „Lerumo Lamadi“, „Pethora“, „Motlepelo“) is a wild growing pioneer plant indiginous to Southern Africa (South Africa, Namibia, Botswana) that can survive even under extreme conditions of soil and climate. Its aromatic leaves have been used and appreciated for centuries by the local peoples as a remedy for gastrointestinal, inflammatory and infectious problems, and as an invigorating tonic and adaptogen with many health-promoting activities. Recently, Sutherlandia frutescens has become a focus of biomedical and clinical research due to its immunomodulatory effects in patients with HIV-disease and cancer. In view of encouraging observations indicating an increase of physical strength, improvement of appetite in patients with anorexia, weight gain in patients with disease-related weight loss, and improvement in general well-being and quality of life, controlled clinical studies are required to corroborate these findings.

Several constituents of Sutherlandia frutescens have recently been identified. Such ingredients, with concentrations varying between stem and leave material, include l-canavanine, gamma-amino-butyric acid (GABA), asparagine, D-pinitol, tannines, triterpenoid-glucosides, various flavonoids, as well as a number of free amino acids.

Each Tambogia capsule contains 370 mg of a 10:1 concentrate of highly pure Sutherlandia frutescens (mix of stems and leaves). Sutherlandia frutescens powder used for Tambogia is uniquely derived from plants cultivated, harvested and processed under strict ecological condition by German-native farmers in southern Namibia. Originality and quality of the product are strictly controlled for under the auspices of the Namibian Farmer Organisation and certified by the Department of Agriculture of the State of Namibia. Moreover, official Namibia Export Licensure and EU-Import Certificates (CETIS), respectively, are provided.

This original product is 100% pure, completely natural and free of heavy metals, herbizides and pesticides. No artifical flavours, sweeteners, colours or preservatives have been added.

• Capsule should not be opened, but swallowed intact with a glass of water
• For best results, use before date of expire
• Keep away from infants and small children

• Contact your physician when taking prescription drugs
• When taking medication or insulin for treatment of high blood pressure or diabetes, adjustment to lower doses may be required
